And one of the biggest problems I see with remote work was a study when I was a Stanford on working from home and how remote piece affects employees when they’re out of the office and study after study after study. We have through tons of different studies. Employees to work from anywhere, not to mention the connections they can make innovative connections they can make if they work in various places. If they didn’t come, could go to the same office every day, hang out with the same people every day, think of the innovative things that they would see when they would be they could clash all these, you know, serendipitous encounters I mean better than just working from home working from anywhere go-to cold coffee shop immerse yourself in other locations expose yourself to new things and come up with innovative new ideas.
